Last updated November 5, 2026. This policy explains what information foundingfun.com and the Founders' Trivia game collect and how it is used.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress, such as points, time bank, power-ups, story progress and settings, in your browser's local storage so you can pick up where you left off. It also stores a random player ID and a private key that identify your browser to our game server. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Information stored on our server

To run the leaderboard, challenges and recruit codes, our server stores your random player ID, the display name you choose (if any), your game totals and your recruit code, challenge results and referral records. We do not ask for your real name, email address or phone number to play. Please do not use your full real name as your display name. Display names and scores are visible to other players.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info, or in Europe at www.youronlinechoices.eu. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Links to other sites

The game links to Liberty Supply Co., our sister store hosted by Shopify, which has its own privacy policy. Links include tags that show which page you came from.

Children

Founders' Trivia is made for a general audience of adults and families. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents with questions can contact us.

Your choices

You can play without choosing a display name, clear your local data at any time, and ask us to delete the server records tied to your player ID by emailing us with your recruit code.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
